Michigan Creek


Michigan Creek (48˚43'00" 125˚04'00" Flows S into Pacific Ocean, E of Pachena Point, SW Vancouver I). The 514-tonne coastal steamer Michigan, under Capt Graves, was wrecked at the mouth of this creek in Jan 1893. The strongly built, 48-m vessel was constructed in 1888 at Skamokawa, Washington, and normally ran between Puget Sd and San Francisco.
