Milne Island

Milne Island (52˚37'00" 128˚46'00" NE side of Laredo Sd, S of Princess Royal I). George Lawson Milne (1850–1933) was a long-serving Victoria physician who was born in Morayshire, Scotland, and immigrated to Ont in 1856 with his parents. He came out to the W coast in 1880, where he married Ellen “Nellie” Catherine Kinsman (1865–1941) at Victoria in 1882.
