Nasparti Inlet


Nasparti Inlet (50˚08'00" 127˚40'00" W of Ououkinsh Inlet, Checleset Bay, SE of Brooks Peninsula, NW side of Vancouver I). Named by Capt George Richards of HMS Hecate in 1862 after the First Nation inhabitants of the area, who also appear on early maps and in documents as the Nespod, Nasparte, Naspatte, Naspahtee and Nasparto.
