Nolan Point


Nolan Point (50˚50'00" 127˚37'00" S end of Balaklava I, NE end of Goletas Channel, off N end of Vancouver I, NW of Port Hardy). In 1863–64, RN surveyor Lt Daniel Pender named Balaklava I and several other features in the vicinity after people and places associated with the 1854 Charge of the Light Brigade in the Crimean War.
