Oliver’s Landing (49˚35'00" 123˚13'15" E side of Howe Sd, S of Squamish, N of Vancouver). This name was adopted in 1999 after a submission by United Properties, a developer building a large, self-contained, waterfront community at this site that includes homes, a marina and a golf course. The project was taken over in 2002 by Caleb Chan’s Burrard International Holdings Inc.
