Paddon Point


Paddon Point (48˚50'00" 123˚15'00" E side of Mayne I, Gulf Is). Named after George Locke Paddon (1878–1930), one of the seven sons of Canon William Francis Locke Paddon (1844–1922), who first visited BC in 1885. Canon Paddon was looking for a place to settle where his delicate health would not be endangered, and Victoria fit the bill.
