Partington Point


Partington Point (49˚32'00" 124˚13'00" SW side of Texada I on Sabine Channel, Str of Georgia). Named after Richard William Partington, who lost his life in Milbanke Sd in Jan 1925. He was born at Manchester and first came to BC aboard a CPR vessel, probably the Princess Adelaide, as a deck officer about 1910.
