Powell Hill

Powell Hill (49˚54'00" 124˚32'54" N side of Powell R), Powell River (49˚51'00" 124˚32'00" E side of Str of Georgia, NW of entrance to Jervis Inlet, SE of Campbell R). Dr Israel Wood Powell (1836–1915), from Ont, was educated at McGill Univ in Montreal and first practised medicine at Port Dover.
