Pringle Rock

Pringle Rock (50˚08'00" 124˚44'00" SW of Melville I, NE side of Desolation Sd, NW of Powell R). Rev George Charles Fraser Pringle (1873–1949) was in charge of the Presbyterian Loggers’ Mission on the BC coast, 1920–25, and then superintendent of BC coastal missions for the United Church. He was born in Ont and went to the Yukon, 1899–1910, where he was ordained. He ministered to miners in the region around Dawson City.
