Reed Point


Reed Point (49˚17'00" 122˚52'00" S side of Port Moody, just E of Vancouver). This name was adopted shortly after the death of Cdr Archibald Heurtley “Cappy” Reed (1873–1965), harbourmaster with the Vancouver Harbour Board for many years and a pilot with the BC Pilotage Authority.
