Richards Shoal

Richards Shoal (52˚42'00" 129˚23'00" NE of the Moore Is, off NW Aristazabal I, Hecate Str). Francis Gilbert Richards (c 1854–1925), born at Dodgeville, Wisconsin, came to BC with family members in 1862. His father, also Francis Gilbert Richards (1821–96), a native of Cornwall, had immigrated to Wisconsin in 1847 and then headed W to California in search of gold.
