Ridout Islets

Ridout Islets (49˚09'00" 125˚43'00" W side of Tofino Inlet, W of mouth of Kennedy R, Clayoquot Sd, W side of Vancouver I). Named after James Ridout (b 1872), who pre-empted land on Esowista Peninsula in 1896. He was listed as a reporter and a US native in the 1901 BC census.
