San Carlos Point


San Carlos Point (49˚41'00" 126˚31'00" N tip of Bligh I, Nootka Sd, W side of Vancouver I). The 16-gun, 175-tonne Spanish naval supply ship San Carlos was present at many pivotal events in the early exploration of the Pacific coast.
