Schram Rocks

Schram Rocks (52˚43'00" 129˚29'00" NW of Moore Is, entrance to Caamaño Sd, Hecate Str). Mary Caroline Schram (1829–1921) was born at London, Ont, of United Empire Loyalist stock and married Capt Lewis Nunn Agassiz (1827–80, see Agassiz Banks), a retired British Army officer. She came to BC with four children in 1862 to join her gold-seeking husband. The family lived at Hope and Yale before settling in the eastern Fraser Valley in 1867 on a farm they named Ferney Coombe.
