Snider Islet


Snider Islet (54˚16'00" 130˚26'00" Off W side of Digby I, Chatham Sd, just W of Prince Rupert), Snider Rock (54˚15'00" 130˚26'00" Just S of Snider It). Named after Jacob Snider (1811–66), a US inventor from Georgia who patented a method for converting muzzle-loading rifles into breech-loading models.
