BC LIVESTOCK PRODUCERS CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION was established in 1943 by livestock industry pioneers who believed in the CO-OPERATIVE movement and were determined to improve marketing opportunities in BC. Before they united there was no exchange of marketing information among BC ranchers, who were convinced buyers were taking advantage of them.
