BINNING, Bertram Charles, artist (b 10 Feb 1909, Medicine Hat, AB; d 16 Mar 1976, Vancouver). He studied at the Vancouver School of Art (see EMILY CARR INSTITUTE OF ART & DESIGN) under Fred VARLEY and in New York and London, England.
