BURNS, Patrick, broadcaster (b 6 Apr 1921, Montreal; d 8 June 1996, Vancouver). He broke into BROADCASTING with the BBC in London, England, in 1949, then moved to VANCOUVER, where he worked in radio and served as a N VANCOUVER alderman.
