BURRELL, Arnold Alfred, artist (b 19 Feb 1924, Winnipeg; d 9 May 1991, Maple Bay). He graduated from the Vancouver School of Art (see EMILY CARR INSTITUTE OF ART & DESIGN) in 1956, then spent 2 years in northern BC living among and painting FIRST NATIONS people.
