CADBOROSAURUS is BC's own sea monster, believed to inhabit the coastal waters between VANCOUVER ISLAND and the mainland. One of the province's most famous mythic beasts and on a par with OGOPOGO and SASQUATCH, "Caddy" is named for Cadboro Bay in VICTORIA, where the first reported sighting occurred in 1933.
