CANADIAN HELICOPTERS LTD (Okanagan Helicopters Ltd) began in 1947 as Okanagan Air Services, founded in PENTICTON by 3 Royal Canadian Air Force veterans, pilots Carl AGAR and Barney Bent and engineer Alf STRINGER.
