Cardena


CARDENA was a member of the UNION STEAMSHIP CO fleet of coastal passenger/freight vessels. Built in Scotland in 1923, it serviced the upcoast camps and SALMON CANNERIES for 35 years. At 69 m, it was the largest of the Union ships to that time, with a gross weight of 1,403 tonnes and capacity for 250 passengers and 350 tons of cargo.
