CHAPMAN, Charles Winston "Chuck," basketball player (b 21 Apr 1911, Vancouver; d 7 Mar 2002, Victoria). He and his brother Arthur "Art" (b 28 Oct 1912, Victoria; d 4 Feb 1986) grew up in a vibrant sporting environment in VICTORIA, training under Archie McKINNON at the YMCA, playing FOOTBALL, LACROSSE and SOCCER and developing into the best Canadian BASKETBALL-playing siblings of the 20th century.
