CRACROFT ISLAND, 233 sq km (40 km long), 100 km northwest of CAMPBELL RIVER between JOHNSTONE STRAIT and KNIGHT INLET, is really 2 islands, E and W Cracroft, barely separated by a gorge that dries at low tide.
