Darfield

DARFIELD, 72 km north of KAMLOOPS on Hwy 5 and the west side of the N THOMPSON R, is a small farming (see AGRICULTURE) community. The name has two sources: Darfeld, the German home of resident Hubert Janning, and nearby Darlington Crk.
