FELDMAN, Samuel Leon "Sam," music agent (b 14 Mar 1949, Shanghai, China). A talent agent who began booking rock bands into VANCOUVER nightclubs in the early 1970s, he built his entertainment agency, S.L. Feldman and Associates, into the largest in Canada. He was working as a doorman at a Kitsilano nightspot when he met the band manager Bruce ALLEN, and the 2 became partners in a booking agency.
