GOODLOW, a pioneer farming settlement (see AGRICULTURE) 45 km east of FORT ST JOHN in the PEACE R district, was named after J. Good and A. Low, early homesteaders. First settled in the late 1910s, it sits in the heart of a vast natural gas producing region (see OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY).
