HEINE, Harry, artist (b 1928, Edmonton). He is a watercolourist specializing in the FISHING grounds and FORESTS of the great Northwest, capturing them in romantic settings of mist-shrouded mountains and deep forest. A self-taught painter who moved from his native Alberta to VANCOUVER ISLAND in 1970, he was a founding member of the Canadian Society of Marine Artists and is a senior member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and the only Canadian member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists....
