HOUSTON, John, journalist, politician (b Nov 1850, Caledon, ON; d 8 Mar 1910, Quesnel). An itinerant newspaperman in the US in his younger years, he arrived in BC in 1888 and founded a NEWSPAPER, The Truth, in DONALD.
