Indian Arm


INDIAN ARM is a 17-km-long FJORD running north from upper BURRARD INLET to the Indian R estuary. The traditional territory of the TSLEIL WAUTUTH First Nation, it was first explored by the Spanish in 1792. It has been a popular recreation area since the 1870s, and though close to VANCOUVER, some homes along its shores remain accessible mainly by water.
