MacInnis, Angus


MacINNIS, Angus, streetcar conductor, politician (b 2 Sept 1884, Glen William, PEI; d 2 Mar 1964, Vancouver). He came to BC in 1908 to work on an uncle's dairy farm on LULU ISLAND. Largely self-educated, he became a streetcar conductor in 1910 and later worked for the Street Railwaymen's Union (see STREET RAILWAY).
