NLAKA'PAMUX () (Thompson) are an Interior SALISH people in south-central BC occupying communities along the FRASER Canyon as far south as YALE, along the lower THOMPSON R and in the NICOLA R valley. They relied on the rich SALMON runs that arrived in the RIVERS every summer, as well as hunting and gathering PLANT foods.
