PRATT, Charles Edward "Ned," architect (b 15 July 1911, Boston, MA; d 24 Feb 1996, Vancouver). He came to Canada as a youngster, attended BRENTWOOD COLLEGE on VANCOUVER ISLAND and graduated from UBC in 1933. While at UBC he won a bronze medal in ROWING at the 1932 Olympics.
