REES, Gareth, rugby player (b 30 June 1967, Duncan). A graduate of ST MICHAELS UNIV SCHOOL in VICTORIA, he accepted a year's scholarship to Harrow school in England where he played RUGBY with the first division London Wasps as an 18-year-old. Competing for Canada, he was the youngest player in the first World Cup tournament in 1987.
