Rushton, Gerald Arnold


RUSHTON, Gerald Arnold, office manager, historian (b 20 July 1898, Liverpool, England; d 12 Nov 1993, Tsawwassen). He studied classics before enlisting in the British Army and serving in France during WWI. Following the war he worked for his father's shipping firm and came to BC in 1920 to join its subsidiary, the UNION STEAMSHIP CO.
