SALMONID ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (SEP) was launched in 1977 to rebuild SALMON stocks through the expanded use of enhancement technology. The program encompasses nearly 300 projects and produces coho, chinook, chum, pink and sockeye salmon, as well as small numbers of STEELHEAD and cutthroat TROUT.
