Saulteaux


SAULTEAUX First Nation are Ojibway-speaking people who migrated west from Manitoba to the PEACE R district after 1870 and settled eventually at the east end of MOBERLY LK north of CHETWYND. Today the population of about 600 is a mix of DUNNE-ZA (Beaver), Cree and Saulteaux people.
