Turner, Robert

TURNER, Robert, curator, historian, writer (b 1947). Best known for his authoritative books on historic forms of transportation in BC, he became curator emeritus at the ROYAL BC MUSEUM in VICTORIA after having been their chief of historical collections for many years. He was project historian for the SS MOYIE National Historic Site at KASLO and consulted for many other museums, including the Canadian Museum of Civilization, the Prince George Railway and Forestry Museum, the Dawson City Museum...
