Vancouver Playhouse

VANCOUVER PLAYHOUSE is a 668-seat theatre built by the city in 1963, when hardly any performance facilities existed for local arts groups. The Vancouver Playhouse Theatre Co staged its first production that year, Brendan Behan's The Hostage.
