Wyman, Anna

WYMAN, Anna, dancer, choreographer (b 1928, Graz, Austria; d 11 July 2020, N Vancouver). After working as a dancer in Austria she moved to England in 1952 and opened her own DANCE school. She and her then-husband Max WYMAN immigrated to VANCOUVER in 1967 where the next year she established the Anna Wyman School of Dance Arts, followed by her own dance company, the Anna Wyman Dancers (1971), later the Anna Wyman Dance Theatre (1973–89).
