CEDARVALE, on the SKEENA R 72 km north of TERRACE, was a non-sectarian Christian village founded in 1888 by Robert TOMLINSON, an ANGLICAN CHURCH missionary. The community divided after the death of its founder and the site was virtually abandoned.
