Inland Natural Gas

INLAND NATURAL GAS was created in 1951 by John McMahon and Norman Whittall to supply BC Interior communities with natural gas acquired from the Westcoast Transmission pipeline (see WESTCOAST ENERGY INC). In 1988 Inland purchased the Mainland Gas Division of BC HYDRO and formed a successor company, BC GAS INC, which now supplies customers throughout the province.
