Moodyville Sawmill Co


MOODYVILLE SAWMILL CO was built in 1863 at the present site of N VANCOUVER by T.W. Graham, a NEW WESTMINSTER contractor. It was called Pioneer Mills and cut lumber for the local market. After going through two bankruptcies, it was purchased in 1865 by Sewell Prescott MOODY and operated as an export mill. The company name was changed to S.P.
