Nicomekl River


NICOMEKL RIVER  () , 25 km, is a slow, shallow stream that meanders through LANGLEY and SURREY south of VANCOUVER to its mouth at MUD BAY north of CRESCENT BEACH. It was used by Coast Salish (see SALISHAN FIRST NATIONS) travelling between the BOUNDARY BAY area and the middle FRASER VALLEY.
