Strathnaver

STRATHNAVER, 35 km north of QUESNEL on BC RAIL, is the site of the Dunkley Lumber Ltd SAWMILL, built in 1950 and sold in the late 1980s to the Novak family. It employs 150 people, many of whom live in neighbouring HIXON, and is one of the most technologically sophisticated mills in N America.
