TAYLOR, Austin Cottrell, financier (b 17 Jan 1889, Toronto; d 1 Nov 1965, Vancouver). During WWI the Imperial Munitions Board made him responsible for procuring SPRUCE from the QUEEN CHARLOTTE ISLANDS for airplane construction.
