Brouse

BROUSE  () is a farming (see AGRICULTURE) and fruit-growing settlement and former station on the CPR's Nakusp & Slocan Rwy, 4 km east of NAKUSP near Upper ARROW LK. Now the site of the Nakusp Golf Club, it was named after Dr J.E. Brouse, a CPR medical officer at NEW DENVER.
