HARBOUR PUBLISHING CO LTD is a BOOK PUBLISHER founded in 1974 by Howard and Mary WHITE in PENDER HARBOUR. It started as an offshoot of the Whites' regional journal RAINCOAST CHRONICLES; by the turn of the 21st century the company had published some 350 books in almost every genre, from poetry chapbooks to full-colour coffee table books, mostly by BC authors and virtually all on BC subjects.
