was an AGRICULTURAL settlement and steamship landing 15 km west of CASTLEGAR at the south end of Lower ARROW LK. The community was submerged by the KEENLEYSIDE DAM but Syringa Provincial PARK offers lake access and protects a rare low-elevation Interior DOUGLAS FIR forest.
