A Look at the Tsawwassen Treaty

The CBC has posted a feature report on its website about the history of Native land claims in the country.

Included is an in-depth look at the Tsawwassen agreement, the first treaty negotiated to completion under the BC Treaty Commission process. Check it out here.

The second treaty, with the Maa-Nulth First Nations on the west coast of Vancouver Island, was concluded just a couple of months ago.
